I have a ferroli optimax HE plus 31c boiler. It was serviced yesterday and today it has developed a leak from a plastic pipe thst is next to a red tap valve. The pipe is about an inch round and is visible just at the bottom of the unit. How do I turn off the water supply to the boiler and any ideas on what is leaking?
