You don't need high grade data suppression. The following should be enough.
While offline: Launch your browser(s) and clear user data. Clear browser cache, history and stored cookies. Delete any saved password and login informations.
Uninstall any application that are not appropriate for her, taking care to also remove any associated data.
Log in as administrator.
Delete your old account. This will also delete all data in My documents, My images, My music,... as well as all registry entries from the associated HKCurentUser unless you explicitely chose to preserve them.
Create a new administrator account and delete the old one.
Defragment the drive.
Create a new regular account for her.
Defragmenting your drive does a prety good job at destroying old data left in the free space of the drive.
