when i lock it it opens again but if a slam the back door it locks but its getting worse how can i fix it been told its a common thing on them and its a relay that is going down is this true or is it something else how can i find out what it is with out costing me a fortune please can any one help we are a charity

If The doors are not closed shut it will try to lock then unlock again. If it is ok when you slam the back door shut it may need a new back door lock. Try closing the door lock with the door open using a screwdriver.
