How to get a CD player to work on my Detrola 5-in-1 Player?

I can't get my CD player in my Detrola 5-in-1 to read any CDs. It doesn't even sound like the CDs are spinning at all. Is there something I can do to fix this or do I need to take it to someone to fix? I just bought this 5 months ago!
