I tried to charge my battery and noticed the prongs in the charger were bent down all the way which is why its not connecting and won't charge. I tried to push the prongs back up but they won't stay up far enough for me to even get the battery back in it. what can I do? This is a Ryobi 18.0v, P110. Never had a problem with this before and I don't know how the prongs got pushed down.
