Only get hot water if hot tap is fully open if you try to reduce water flow boiler shuts off. If central heating is running and the hot tap is turned then the hot water is delivered fine and is adjustable via the flow through the tap, have checked flow rate through hot tap and it is as stated in manual 10 litre per minute
