washing basket: Rinse
Soap cloud: -Appliance has detected a detergent overload, mix one table spoon of fabric softener with half litre water and pour into compartment 11( not for outdoor fabrics or those made with down). reduce the detergent dosage for the next wash load. it also appear if water is added through detergent drawer. if that's the case just give it some time it will normalize.

Check your manual (or find the manual online if you dont got it). PS. Bosch got hundreds of different machines, so you got to find the serial code, on your machine, to get it right. example: "Bosch ASX70L"
