my 8240 new holland is getting hot?

I have put all new parts on tractor and still getting hot belt water pump radiator fan run all the time bolted up

1. If its getting that hot have you changed the thermostat, they will fail shut if the engine has been very hot for what ever reason do not run the engine with out them.
2. Pressure test the system, check rad cap holds the correct pressure.
3. Radiator clean?
