I have an Indicit washer IWB5113. Regardless of which wash cycle I use, the fabric softener does not drain out into the machine. I have cleaned the drawer numerous times, quite literally with a toothbrush to make sure every little section is clean, but this does not solve the problem. Everything else seems to be working fine and no error messages or lights come on.
What's my next step?
