Beko washing machine wm6143b is holding water and will not spin. Pause/start button not responding.
We have turned off the power at the wall. We have checked for blockages and think the cause is probably due to an in balance following transportation to our new home.
Please can anyone help?

Thank you Kenjo. The spigot was sealed and once opened up, everything worked as normal.
I really appreciate your advice. Have now commenced with the back load of washing.

Quite often this problem of not draining when moved house is due to the last owners of your new house putting a blank in the sink spigot when they disconnect their washing machine's drain hose so that the sink water does not come out of the spigot into the cupboard. Worth a check remove the spigot and check it has a free way through it eg. no blank.
