My volpi vaporetto comes up to temperature but no steam is coming out when switched on at hose. Can anyone please help?

I am haveing the same problem, i think must be something to do with the valve, either tat or the temperature does not rise the the steam level. Worst thing is that they used those weird screws tht you just cant get them open. if I find a solution I will make an update.
