my 9in one steam cleaner was operating perfectlly I stopped to answer a phone call for10 mins or so. went back to continue using it, light still on, water tank half full,lower half where element is still,lhot,no steam being forthcoming

Hi Thomas,
Have you been using de-ionised water in your steamer? If not, I expect that is is blocked with limescale. Try soaking in descaling solution or vinegar, pay particular attention to steam jets.
