h - this is America - the land of 115V - they will not have 13 Amp fuses and radios will not usually have 13 A fuses either.

it has a fuse in the plug, check the plug first, make sure that the wires are tight in the plug, try another fuse in there from a radio or some working item, 13 amp fuse,
