Our pro form 580 is stuck on 7.5. How can we rest it to go down to 0. We unplugged it for five minutes but that didn't work

Push and hold the up arrow for speed while holding the stop button at the same time you turn it on. After it's on you can let go. hit the stop button one more time to get to the calibration mode. Then hit the up arrow for incline only once. That should make the incline go all the way up then back down. It should be recalibrated and ready for use. I hope this helps.
