My simpson eziset 950 is not spinning due to continual out of balance Why?

I am having issues with the machine not spinning due to out of balance. It works only of it is a very full load. Adjusting the weight of the wash does not fix it. 5 out of 6 washes it won't spin. The machine shakes too much and stops. Is there some bracket securing the top of the lacnine that has broken? It comes up with ol or ef as errors ( I think)

Could be any one of a number of issues. Suspension springs could be weak, inner spin bowl could be loose, bearings could be worn or spin bowl may not be spinning only the centre agitator spinning around causing the clothes to bunch up. You need someone to come out and actually observe what is happening.
