Chichester gas cooker bottom oven not turning on?

How do i get my bottom oven to switch on.The automatic timer is flashing and will not register a time.the make is chichester.

You have to set the time ! before the oven will work.
press the first 2 buttons on the left, hold them down...while doing this press the button on the far right to set the clock....and voila !!!!
