First test the inlet valve it may be sticking open when it should close off. Start the fill cycle on machine. You will hear the water coming in. Then after a few seconds stop the machine & water flow should stop straight away. If it hesitates a few seconds before stopping or does not stop flowing at all then change the inlet valve. Try that several times. If water shuts off quickly every time then check the rubber hose that goes from the panel down to the tub on the right side at rear. Look for any holes or splits that will allow the air pressure to escape. If any found then replace the hose.
