The drums will need to be removed to check your shoe adjustment first,on these I think you remove the hub nut under the dust cover for removal,grind any wear lip on the drums off to ensure accurate adjustment and replace any worn parts etc,ie shoes,when rebuilt then check your h/brake adjustment
