When I play DVDs on my DVD player my surround sound system works, but when I use my TV the surround sound doesn't work. I followed the set up instructions carefully and worked through them a few times to make sure i didn't miss something to no avail.
I have a Sharp TV, Sony DVD player and surround sound system.
