how do i get a new belt back on the aquarius 1300 spin.My other belt snapped. the new belt is about 1 inch to short to wrap around the groove point ...thanks glenn

glenn put the belt under the motor spindle and up on to the left side of the large pully turn clockwise until the belt is tight then holding the belt in place turn it even more clock wise until the belt goes on
