After reading several posts, I believe there may be something stuck in my drain pump preventing it from draining, then moving on to the spin cycle. Who is this Paul that seems to have guided others through a successful self repair, and how do I find the tutorial as to how to do it....?? :) I will need step by step instructions, as I am a single mom of 5 and cant afford to go without a washer much longer....HELP!!
