I have an unusual problem with my Bissell Cleaner/Vac 25A3. Problem with liquid not dispensing properly. All Tubes connectors, nozzles, and heater are clear. When tank lid is removed and power turned on liquid dispenses properly from all nozzles when triggers are activated. when lid is resecured flow stops. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
