my selphy cp730 printer is not engaging the ink cassettes & the part which has to lift the print paper is stationery as if stuck. everything else works. i have used up several old & new ink cassettes nothing works. please assist me to get it working. i live in Trinidad WI & bought this printer online years ago but unpacked it only last month. Note: the lcd displays (A) selphy & not canon as required on start up (2) the Ink icon when print is selected
