It's a balancing problem that will be fixed under warranty. But the fix doesn't work. I believe it's a design flaw and Maytag has no idea how to fix it. Mine was serviced, but it still shakes and the tub is still crooked. FYI....I hate my 3 year old Maytag so much I'm giving it away because I just got a Bosch Front loader.
