SDS Bit snapped?

Hi all, does anyone know how I can remove a snapped bit out of an SDS Drill? It has snapped inside so I can't get hold of it.

Thanks

you should be able to push down on black rubber head of the drill, and the bit will fall out, hold the drill upside down and pull the black rubber head of the drill back to you, and the bit it will drop out, , thats how it comes out,, you just push it in to lock you dont use a chuck key on a sds bit..
