How can i fix it??

I have a dishwasher samsung D154W and show OE in its panel. I checked everything about his outlet and everything is ok but i dont know what is problem.
how can i this machin reset to factory???

There is no magic reset button. You have to find the cause of the fault & remove the fault. OE means output error. It is not draining. Either drain hose is obstructed, drain pump is blocked or drain pump is not working at all.
