Eziset 950 will not balance?

Hi my eziset 950 will not balance no matter how many times I re ajust the load. It just keeps going so far out of balance it bounces of the side of the machine

Probably needs new suspension springs. If you can bounce the bowl up & down easily then that will be the reason.
