Most Hobby Electronic stores - Maplin in the UK - will sell you a capacitor...
Capacitance in micro farads - close enough will do because they tend to vary quite a bit.
Voltage rating - higher is OK but lower is not good - the capacitor might be destroyed.
You should be able to get the uf (micro farad) rating from the can.
Use Google - select Images - enter Capacitor - see the wide range of styles.
Don't expect to pay very much...
