More detail needed. What happens at the end of the was cycle? Does it drain the water? If it does, then what happens? Can you hear any sound at all, does the bowl rotate? Is there any beeping and error codes flashing? If you don't describe everything that is happening it is almost impossible for someone on the other side of the internet to say what is wrong.
