Can be caused by several things. What is the exact model number on the label ate rear of top control panel on left side? Can be caused by build up of dirt & soap scum on outside of inner spin bowl which would mean taking the bowl out & scrubbing it clean. Can also be caused by insufficient water level for the amount of clothes i.e. full load of clothes but only selecting medium level water. Not enough soap powder will also cause problems. Using eco rinse instead of deep rinse.
