Re the above model, I went to open the door and it wouldn't open. No resistance on pushing the button. I managed to get the button panel off and open the door and remove the contents. Now the door won't close and it seems the mechanism is stuck inside. The appliance is integrated and I got the outer panel off allowing access to the oven. Can the panel with the controls and door opener be removed or does anyone know how I could fix it please?
