It will not spin until all water has drained out. Put on final spin & press start. If you can hear drain pump humming & trying to go then you have a blockage in the pump. Turn power off at wall. Remove back lower panel. You will find drain pump on left side. It has a screwed on end cap facing you. Remove that cap & you will see if anything is in there blocking it. Be warned- all the water in the bowl will come out when you remove that cap. Try to bail out as much as possible by hand first. That model is over 23 years old & F&P no longer supply parts for it. Get rid of it.
