when you say you have checked everything do you mean you have physically checked the voltage at the shower,did you check it with neon,if so it could be the neutral that's faulty. what you need to do is check the voltage on the connector block in the shower with a voltmeter and then attempt to start shower, if the voltage dips to Zero then the isolator is faulty
