Idesit 105 not draining 1&2 lights flash?

Dishwasher starts, fills with water and then 1&2 lights start flashing. Water doesn't drain and you can hear humming noise.

Best way to go about is open and check for blockage in drain pump,can put direct power on pump when outside to ascertain pump working properly,also check filter on bottom of inside floor for maybe pieces of glass or solids
