Ferroli H31c no hot water or heating & no fault sign?

any clever solutions hugely appreciated - just had an engineer around who could not find the problem but suggested replacing the boiler..(welcome to London!)...thank you for your help

with no fault code it can be more difficult
test would have to be done on air pressure switch and pcb main focus area.
how old is the boiler?
if you need you can find a good engineer here

Thank you Toptrish.
The fan starts but there is no ignition, and therefore the water temperature remains at between 18 to 21or so it shows on the display. Changing this temperature up does nothing. I have re set the system a few times. Nothing changes...

A lot of engineers will say replace the boiler when they have not got a clue. You don't say if anything is happening at all for instance does the fan start, does the pump start etc it's very difficult to analyse anything without first doing some basic tests
