Why i can't open drain lid of indesit washing machine wIxe127 fully?

Please help as i can't open drain of indesit washing machine, only arable to turn anticlockwise 65degree,and its stuck

coz the pump is blocked prob by a Kirby grip or coin,u need to remove the pump assm from the machine to clear the blocage,unplug the machine from power supply before working on it
