i have a worcester bosch 18/25 external oil boiler.lockout is on.we have oil to pump.there is a buzzing noise from it.think it is the pump as i took it apart and cog wheel not spinning unless you give it a manual spin by hand then it starts.can you advise me next what i can do or replace pump.fanx
