'My Select button has stopped working. I have tried the battery out, press for 60 seconds, no good. I have an older handset which operates the box fully. But the + handset will not light on Select. I took it apart and cleaned it, but Select works with other buttons, but Select button will not operate any other function. Very odd. Please help.'
