Water coming back into the pan and causing the machine to activate is down to the Non Return Valve being faulty and need a replacement l carry spare vortoplast 32mm non return valves as an alternative that really works and lasts (01684 594590) or give Saniflo a ring at Ruislip to ensure you get the right people and buy the replacement part there.
