Hot water works fine but it sound like the fan or pump keeps running after taps turned off.

when the boiler was working, the fan/pump use to stop between ignites.


When heating is turned on mostly nowt happens, sometimes the burner ignites for a few seconds then stops, the fan or pump runs constantly.
