Smart Drive 603 won't drain water at end of wash cycle. It begins to, then stops, and beeps continuously

Why is it beeping? Because it is telling you there is an error. Read the error code. While it is beeping look at the lights along the top row. Count from left to right and note which of the 8 lights are on and which are off. Print result back here.
