As many users I have a problem with the earphone jacks. This MP3 is different than the regular Zen Micro. Is there any way to open and weld the connections?
Follow these steps ( http://www.hardwarezone.com/articles/view.php?id=1331&cid=9&pg=1 )but jump the first one, because the zen microphoto doesn't have a blocker next to the earphone jack.
