you can buy the lamps from anywhere B&Q or supermarkets sell them ( I am assuming that they are small Edison screw candle lamps ) or alternatively try Homebase they sell some LED lamps that do the job,they will save running costs and theoretically should last many years [ TCP LED Candle 5w Clear SES - 1 Pack 266515 ] they cost £6.99 each
