Hi , I have a DMTECH model LM37XTY TV/DVD system , the DVD player had 2disc,s jammed inside !! Probably by our grandkids. With the help of the on line tech , I was able and delighted to release the slide out tray and remove the 2 discs. I tried a lens / laser cleaner disc,,but it still appears not to see that disc or the DVDs,s . Can anyone help please !!!
