Hitachi washing machine PAF1260PX
Takes in water but motor/agitator doesn't go. can hear humming and turn agitator by hand, which then goes but needs assistance each time the agitator comes to a complete stop.
Also doesn't spin. Have replaced the capacitor but no difference.
