Very easy:
Install AdBlock Plus.
There are versions for Chrome, Firefox, Internet explorer and Opera. I'm not sure aboir Safari and others.
Using Firefox and AdBlock plus and I have never seen those. In fact, I learned from comments and complains that there was adds preceding Youtube videos and many Flash games, simply because I was never even hinted that there may be adds there.
