screwdriver not charging?

I have a challenge xtreme 4.8 volt screwdriver that will not charge do I need a new charger or a new battery if so where can I purchase a new battery or a new charger

its all down to price, i would say that the battery is gone, start with the battery that way you will have two of them, and not two chargers, that will cost more, try ebay for the battery,
