Well James - I am not familiar with your fridge but I can imagine it - I have owned fridges - they have all had lamps.
To get to the bulb it would be unreasonable to have an access panel on the side or on the rear.
This means that access to the lamp must be from inside the cabinet.
All that stands in your way is the food and the cover over the lamp - you will need to remove both.
