i have got a zanussi zwd12270w with error code ed4. Now i have replaced the dryer heater and the dryer control board and all so the main control board i have checked the wires but i still get error code ed4.

Randomly replacing parts is an expensive mistake. The money you spent on buying the wrong parts and still not fixing the problem would have paid for a service tech to come out. Bite the bullet & call someone out who can test it properly.

Error code ED4 indicates a fault with the dryer pcb, the wiring or the main control board.

It can also be caused by a faulty heating element in the dryer.

Unplug the appliance and take the top off.

Disconnect the wires from the dryer heater and insulate them. You should be able to use the machnine to wash but not as a drier
