over past few weeks, keypad has becoming increasingly dysfunctional - starting with numbers on left side, then more keypad numbers, now stop button not working. tried calling sears, which told me there was actually another manufacturer (fidel, then samsung - but samsung denies). they also suggested that if i can't find the plug, then turn off circuit breaker for a full minute, which i did - now nothing works and i can't even reset the time. advice? (besides buying a new nonsears microwave?) thanks.
